I have a box blade attached to my 3 point hitch. I've been using it some and now it won't lower. My front in loader works fine. It appears the hydraulic oil may be low. Its controlled by the 3-pt lever simulated by his punch used to twist the linkage. That valve was a common problem with L3800 3-pt arm chatter going up and down. My valve was replaced.

Tractor. Kubota B2620 , Case 448 , Kubota B2650. This happened to me also. The problem was a "roll pin" that fell out where the 3 point linkage hooks into the hydraulics. It is hard to see if it is missing because the pin fits in to a horizontal hole. If the pin is in place you can see the ends of it sticking out.
